1. What we collect
When you create an account, we store your email address. When you use Revision Desk, we store project data, file uploads, revision records, and share links that you create. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide the Revision Desk service — displaying your projects, storing your files, and generating share links for your clients. We use Supabase for database and file storage, with encryption at rest and in transit.
3. Data storage & security
All data is stored on Supabase servers with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. File uploads are stored in private storage buckets accessible only to authenticated account owners. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure each user can only access their own data.
4. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data export or account deletion, email us at privacy@revisiondesk.com. We will respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase Auth session tokens) and security. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
